This requirement is to provide the U.S. Army Cyber School with qualified Human Factors Specialists. Human Factors Support Contract is to acquire contracted personnel to travel to events, properly vet personnel, and generate recruiting leads to fill training seat and meet personnel shortage requirements within the Cyber Corps in all cohorts (officers, warrant officers, and enlisted personnel) at Fort Gordon. The Human Factors Specialists will assist with the efforts to commission and enlist Cyber officers and enlisted personnel. The Human Factors Specialists will plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive plan that identifies target markets that generates recruiting leads on a monthly basis. The contractor shall perform to the standards with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other areas of the soliciation/contract.
