COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon issuing his Combined Synopsis and Solicataion synopsis as mean to identify potential sources having an interest The Department of Public Works (DPW) has a mission essential requirement non-personnel services contract to provide Portable Chemical Latrines (PCLs) and Hand Washing Stations (HW) on Fort Gordon, Georgia and Pointes West Army Resort. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W9124921Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect within the attached Solicitation. This is for a [100% Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offers may submit quotes. Solicitation and Buy Attachments: ***Question Submission: Interested offers’ must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. *** Offers’ that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the Attached Solicitation and pricing spreadsheet. At work performance start date, each contracted employee, to include Subcontractors, performing on this contract will require a background check (T1/NACI) investigation. The Contractor shall ensure that all assigned personnel understand applicable security policies and directives found in Department of Defense (DOD) 5220.22-M, National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM); AR 380-5, Information Security Program; and all other applicable policies and regulations.
