CLARIFICATION ON CLOSING DATE AND DELIVERY OF PROPOSALS: Due to COVID-19, as long as the Contractor provides PROOF that they sent out their hard-copy proposal prior to the closing date and time (2 Sep 2020: 3:00 pm EDT) with an original delivery date prior to the Closing date and time (2 Sep 2020: 3:00 pm EDT) in an email to the Government sent to gina.kern2.civ@mail.mil or included with their proposal sent by email, the Government will accept the Contractor’s proposal as on-time as long as the Government physically receives it by 4 Sep 2020. This is ONLY to accommodate delays in delivery, ie, if FEDEX or UPS or other Authorized Carrier changed the original delivery date beyond 2 September 2020, only then will the Government accept the Contractor's Proposal if the Government physically receives it by 4 September 2020. The original delivery date must be prior to 3:00 pm EDT on 2 September 2020. That is the Official Closing date. All email copies of the Contractor's proposal must be received by 3:00 pm on 2 September 2020. No exceptions. Amendment 0006 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, UPDATE TO SOW IN SOLICITATION The Government has posted the Final Round of Questions and Answers submitted. Please see Amendment 0006 Summary of Changes for Additional Information. Brief overview of Important Changes/Updates in Response to the Last Round of Questions received. Please see Solicitation Amendment# 0006 and Attachment# 38 Questions and Answers – Last Round of Questions for additional information. -Questions Closed for this Solicitation on August 27, 2020 at 3:00 pm EDT as per an update to the Beta Sam posting. -The Government will not be extending the Closing Date of Solicitation# W9124920R0020 beyond 2 September 2020. (Question# 2) -Due to COVID-19, as long as the Contractor provides proof that they sent their proposal prior to the closing time and date in an email to the Government sent to gina.kern2.civ@mail.mil or included with their proposal sent by email, the Government will accept the Contractor’s proposal as on-time as long as the Government receives it physically by 4 Sep 2020. (See Question# 9 in Attachment# 38 for additional information.) -The Page Limit for Volume II Technical Capability excludes charts, graphs, diagrams, tables and drawings has INCREASED to 35 pages. (See Question# 18 in Attachment# 38 for additional information.) -All Contractors are required to submit the following: (See Question# 21 in Attachment# 38 for additional information) 1 Original of all documents tagged as Original for Contracting. And 3 copies of everything being submitted. For a total of 4 Hard copies As per Question and Answer# 2, 1 CD per binder. Volume 1 & 4 should be on 1 CD inside that binder, and Volume 2 & 3 should be on 1 CD inside that binder =2 CDs x 4 copies= total of 8 CDs. As per Question and Answer# 8 of the first round of Questions under Amendment# 0005, the following also applies: The contractor shall provide one (1) emailed version of the respective copy and mail the 4 copies (1 original and 3 copies) IAW the Solicitation by the closing date. QUESTIONS CLOSING TODAY - AUGUST 27, 2020 AT 3:00 PM EDT The Government is Closing all questions Today, August 27, 2020 at 3:00 pm EDT. Once the Government has received all questions by 3:00 pm, the Government will post an additional Amendment providing the Answers to the last of the Questions received. Amendment 0005 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, CHANGE CLOSING DATE TO SEPTEMBER 2, 2020 The Government has posted Questions and Answers submitted, updated and provided new Attachments in response to the Questions and Answers, updated Section L, updated Section J, update CLIN structure, Added new FAR Clause and Provisions. In addition, the Government is extending the Closing Date to September 2, 2020. Amendment 0004 - CHANGE CLOSING DATE TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2020 The Government is extending the Closing Date to September 1, 2020. In addition, the Government will post a new Solicitation Amendment by Tuesday, August 25, 2020 with the Questions and Answers for this Solicitation. Amendment 0003 - CHANGE CLOSING DATE TO AUGUST 21, 2020 The Government is extending the Closing Date to August 21, 2020. CLARIFICATION TO AMENDMENT 0002: Once the Government has answered all questions submitted through August 12, 2020, a NEW Amendment will be posted that provides the Questions and Answers as well as Extends the Closing date to August 21, 2020. Amendment 0002 - CHANGE CLOSING DATE TO AUGUST 17, 2020 and Update Attachment# 17 The Government is extending the Closing Date to August 17, 2020 while the Government Answers the Questions received, which will be posted under another Amendment prior to the Closing Date. The Government is also updating Attachment# 17 - Past Performance Cover Letter and Assessment REV1. Amendment 0001 - CHANGE DATE OF SITE VISIT TO AUGUST 5, 2020 Due to COVID-19, Fort Gordon has implemented Base Access Restrictions and instituted new procedures to gain access to Fort Gordon. Because of this, the Site Visit date has changed to August 5, 2020. The Contractor will also receive an email requesting additional information in the form of questions related to COVID-19 Travel as part of the NEW Fort Gordon Base Access Restrictions Policy now instituted due to COVID-19. Because of this NEW requirement the Site Visit Date has changed and ALL requests to attend the Site Visit must be received by Friday, July 24, 2020 by email to gina.kern2.civ@mail.mil.
