Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implimented by FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Action: DPW requests an increase to the contract ceiling for the construction MATOC Indefinite Delivey/Indefinite Quantity Contract no. W91249-20-R-0020, awarded to Reams Enterprises, Rand Enterprises, Outside the Box, and Corg Brawley JV. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to Raise the Ceiling on the Construction (MATOC) Contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Fort Eisenhower Mission and Installation Contracting Command intends to raise the ceiling on hte Construction MATOC Contract with the above-mntioned construction companies.
