The MICC - Fort Gordon office has a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to support the construction, alteration and repair of industrial, commercial and utility projects at facilities located in Fort Gordon, GA. This is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside requirement. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 Million. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract for multi-traded maintenance, repair, alternation, and minor new construction as predetermined by individual FFP (Firm Fixed Price) Task Orders predicated on a performance-based scope of work. The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) base year and four (4), one (1) year options. Delivery and/or performance periods shall be specified in individual task orders. This announcement is a combined Synopsis and Solicitation for JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) at Fort Gordon, GA. No visits with industry will be permitted with any FT Gordon personnel in response to this Synopsis/Solicitation except during the schedule Pre-Bid/Site Visit. The Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be Tuesday, 3 December 2019 at 1:30PM EST, in MICC Large Conference Room, 271 Heritage Park Lane, Building 35200, Room 102 at Fort Gordon, Georgia, 30905. Proposals are extended no later than Friday, 3 January 2020 by 3:00PM EST.
