This is a non-personal services contract to provide Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD), Fort Gordon, Ga and Fort Gillem Ga. The services will be performed are; Personnel Strength Accounting; Perform Electronic Military Personnel Office Operations (EMILPO); Process Personnel Records; Provide Administrative Service Support; Personnel Processing; Process Personnel Actions; Personnel Manning; Causality Operations; Provide Separation, Retirement Services; Conduct Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, equipment, supplies, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD), Fort Gordon and Fort Gillem Ga as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor will provide the necessary personnel to manage DEERS/RAPIDS systems section at Fort Gillem Ga. The contractor will be required to provide employees the access to issue required Government ID cards. Fort Gordon is a major subordinate command of the Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The AG MPSD is organizationally aligned under the Directorate of Human Resources and has the mission of providing total personnel services and support to approximately 12,826 permanent party military; 16,500 military students; 25,000 retirees and 48,346 family members. Fort Gordon is also home to approximately 3,608 federally employed civilians and 1,940 contract employees. Fort Gordon covers approximately 55,857 acres.
