The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G6 Information Technology (IT) Services. The Government will not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide services for complete program management and administrative tasks to ensure the requirements of the contract are met and to ensure the contractor adequately controls and supervises its personnel who provide the deliverables described within the PWS. This will be 8(a) competitive. The NAICS code is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The contract will consist of a base period of one year, and two (2) one-year option periods. The contract type will be a Firm- Fixed Price (FFP). This serves as a Presolicitation Notice. The Request for Proposals (RFP) W91249-20-R-0003, for this requirement is expected to be posted no later than 22 November 2019
