Proposals are due 8 October 2019, 4:30 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by NLT 27 September 2019, 3:00 pm. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This acquisition is set aside for unrestricted, under NAICS code 221210 - Natural Gas Distribution, Size standard 1,250 number of employees.
