All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this MARKET RESEARCH is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 711130. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below. A Music Worship Leader that provides services as a pianist, guitarist and vocalist during weekly worship services as well as leading the music worship team during weekly rehearsals for the Fort Gordon Contemporary Protestant Worship Service. The Music Worship Leader shall provide congregational music according to the direction of the Contemporary Protestant Worship Service Senior Pastor. The Music Worship Leader shall lead the music worship team according to traditions of the service and the direction of the Senior Pastor. Duties shall include selecting worship songs for congregational singing, offertories, and special selections. The Music Worship Leader shall lead a music worship team rehearsal prior to the worship service as directed by the Senior Pastor. Potential offerors having the ability to provide the described services are invited to provide a statement via email addressing your firm capabilities and experience relative to this requirement. The statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business category/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, etc.); and 4) the ability to provide the service. Responses are due no later than 0800 EST, Wednesday 7 August 2019, and shall be electronically submitted to Tara L. McAdoo. The subject line shall read W91249-19-P-MUSIC. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
