This is a non-personnel services contract to provide instruction support for the 25E30 Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager Course. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform instruction for the 25E30 Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager Military Occupational Specialty course as defined in the Performance Work Statement.The question due date for this solicitation will be NLT 2:00 P.M. (EST) on Thursday, August 17, 2023. An amendment was posted on Monday, August 21, 2023 to address vendor questions and update the PWS.
