Male and Female latrines include one ADA WC, one ADA wall hung sink for each. All interior finishes to both latrines are in excellent shape. End user requested converting latrine to showers areas by replacing WC with shower stalls. Building was originally constructed as Office space for noncombatant work force. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and any ancillary work indicated and/or specified for performing the following requirements. The contractor shall complete (Install Showers M/F Latrines Bldg. 2433) to a level fully functional and capable for operation, in strict accordance with drawings #10890, specifications, IAW SECTION C and special conditions which are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract and the Statement of Work.
