Services include Phase I Archaeological site detection surveys, Phase II Archaeological site evaluations, and Architectural evaluations. This a synopsis/presolicitation for the procurement of National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Survey and Evaluation services as needed by the Government at Fort Campbell, KY. This is a non-personal services requirement for a 5-year ordering period. This requirement will be an 8(a) set-aside, the anticipated NAICS code(s) is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services with a size standard of $19.0 million, and the product service code (PSC) is F999, Other Environmental Services. Tasks associated with this requirement will include, but are not limited to, providing inventory and evaluation for listing in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) archaeological sites and structures on Fort Campbell. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform NHPA Archaeological and Architectural surveys. Services include Phase I Archaeological site detection surveys, Phase II Archaeological site evaluations, and Phase III Architectural evaluations.
