Contractor: TBD. Description: Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Campbell has a requirement from the Fort Campbell Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to procure a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects at Fort Campbell, Kentucky (KY). The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, and supplies to perform construction services across the Fort Campbell footprint. The construction tasks will include new construction as well as Maintenance and Repair (M&R) related to a variety of trades such as: carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, construction of new structures or facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistical, operational type work and other general construction work. The specific description of work will be identified in each individual task order. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and un-deteriorated conditions to include other items necessary to perform construction services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The ordering period will span five (5) years and is expected to start in or around August 2023. The assigned National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 “Commercial and Institution Building Construction”, with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be $275,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR Part 36.211 Distribution of Advance Notices and Solicitations, contractors are required to submit requests for equitable adjustment as a result of change orders to the issuing Contracting Officer. Contractors are required to acknowledge the change order within 30 days and are to submit their request for adjustment which includes all supporting documents as soon as possible, but not later than the required completion date of the contract. In the table below is the agency’s past performance, for the period of three fiscal years, regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts.
