This is a non-personal services contract to provide Tree Maintenance Services throughout the installation except for the grounds around the hospital facilities, the Department of Defense (DOD) Education Activity (DODEA) school facilities, and the Campbell Crossing privatized housing. The Contractor shall provide tree removal, pruning, planting, and staking; perimeter fence right-of-way (ROW) clearing; and Special Helicopter Operations Company (SHOC) Pad ROW clearing.
