Davis Solicitation Number: W9124823B0005 Contract Award Dollar Amount: $50,000,000.00 Program Ceiling Line item Number: 0001 Contract Award Date: TBD Contractor: TBD Description: The Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Campbell, Kentucky, requires a Job Order Contract (JOC) whereby a contractor provides all personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to support sustainment, renovation, and modernization (SRM) construction services to Fort Campbell facilities and components geographically located within the counties of Christian and Trigg in the state of Kentucky. Work involves a variety of trades to include carpentry; roofing; painting; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; masonry; demolition; storm drainage; earthwork; welding; energy conservation; environmental; logistical; operational type work; and other general construction. As a result of this solicitation, the Government will make a single award for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) JOC in accordance with Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5117.90. The JOC will be an IDIQ type contract and will provide a wide variety of construction tasks. Estimated Task Orders (TOs) will range in value from $2,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. The contract ordering period will be three (3) years in duration with a start anticipated on, or before, 1 June 2023. The North American (NAICS) assigned to this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $45.0M. Place of Contract Performance: Fort Campbell, Kentucky 42223 (within the Kentucky counties of Christian and Trigg). Set-aside Status: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1405(b), this solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. In accordance with FAR Part 36.211, Distribution of Advance Notices and Solicitations, the following paragraph outlines the definitization of equitable adjustments relating to change orders. Contractors must submit equitable adjustment requests within 30 days following the receipt of a change order issued pursuant to FAR 52.243-4, Changes, or FAR 52.243-5, Changes and Changed Conditions. In accordance with FAR 43.204(b)(1)(i), Contracting Officers will negotiate equitable adjustments in the shortest practicable time.
