Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Restoration and Damage Mitigation Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Background: Ft Campbell has approximately 1,173 buildings and about 15.7M SF to maintain. This quantity of buildings does not include the hospital facilities, the DoDEA school facilities, nor the Campbell Crossing privatized housing. This military community is located astride the Kentucky-Tennessee boundary. This contract will be used to restore and mitigate damage to buildings in both states. Objectives: This contract will provide the following Restoration and Damage Mitigation services. Fire and Smoke Restoration Water Damage Restoration and Remediation Odor Removal BIO-Hazard (trauma) and sewage clean-up Board-up and Tarping Mold Remediation Air duct cleaning Renovation Services, incidental to the restoration process ACM mitigation and removal incidental to the restoration process Look below at the following questions and provide responses appropriately. 1.
