The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to service, maintain, and inspect all fire alarms and fire suppression system located in and around the installation. All work shall include scheduling and performance of assessments, repairs, and maintenance of all fire alarms and fire suppression system. This will be a firm-fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The Period of Performance for this effort is based on a five year ordering period; this requirement will have an ordering period not to exceed five (5) years for total service.
