The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Campbell has a requirement to acquire four (4) full bodied/one piece simulator for a comprehensice tactical combat casualty care training. Quantity needed is three (3) males and one (1) female simulator with Causacian, African American, and Hispanic features. The following additional characteristics define the requirement: (a) No blood filtration or proprietary blood requirement; (b) Comes with a tablet, wifi-enabled with two-way communication via bluetooth; (c) With at least three (3) little blood supply; (d) With dual battery that can operate for 10-14 hours, hot swap capable and chargeable on board with adaptor or off board with charger; (e) Weight: Female 125-145 lbs, Male 170-190lbs (f) Weather resistant, can be wet with water/rain
