This requirement is for an extended warranty and comprehensive maintenance/emergency services plan for the Fort Campbell Blanchfield Army Community Hospital ASCOM Nurses Call System. The contractor will service seven (7) departments and install four (4) additional Nurses call system to vary department. This contract will include a Comprehensive Parts and Labor warranty for the seven (7) Nurses call system, a Comprehensive Maintenance program with an annual service and three scheduled inspections, and a 24/7 response (technical services, tools and materials) for emergency service repairs to the system. This requirement consist of a Base and four (4) option Years.
