Project Title: TOTAL CONTAINMENT TRAP (TCT) COMPONENENT LIFECYCLE REPLACEMENT Announcement No.: W9124819Q0150 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for the replacement of the top and bottom steel funnel plates and TCT mouth for the bullet trap at indoor range 70, Fort Campbell KY to Action Target, a small business. The period of performance for this effort will be 180 Days after award. The NAICS code is 332313, and size standard is 750 employees. This sole source contracting action is other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 13.5 for the aforementioned requirement based on the application of FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). If a vendor believes they can meet this requirement, they may provide information to be considered by the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not be cost or time prohibitive. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This notice is valid until 23 September 2019, 12:00 PM CST and is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
