The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Restoration and Damage Mitigation Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Restoration and Damage Mitigation Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Services include restoration and damage mitigation services. The contractor shall accomplish the tasks identified in each Call Order against this service contract. The specific size and Period of Performance of each Call Order is dependent on the individual restoration projects and damage mitigation. This contract will provide the following Restoration and Damage Mitigation services. Fire and Smoke Restoration Water Damage Restoration and Remediation Odor Removal BIO-Hazard (trauma) and sewage clean-up Board-up and Tarping Mold Remediation Air duct cleaning, incidental to the restoration/remediation process Renovation Services, incidental to the restoration process ACM mitigation and removal incidental to the restoration process
