This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents will be available on or about 20 November 2020. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Businesses. Project Description: This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Post-Wide Fire Alarms and Fire Suppression Maintenance at Fort Campbell, KY. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to service, maintain, and inspect all fire alarms and fire suppression system located in and around the installation. All work shall include scheduling and performance of assessments, repairs, and maintenance of all fire alarms and fire suppression system. This will be a firm-fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The Period of Performance for this effort is a base period plus four option year periods; however this requirement will have an ordering period not to exceed five (5) years for total service. Base Year: 1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021 Ordering Period One: 1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022 Ordering Period Two: 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023 Ordering Period Three: 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024 Ordering Period Four: 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025 NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), installation, with a size standard for Small Business of $22M Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Beta SAM.gov (beta.sam.gov).
