Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents will be available on or about 4 January 2021. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Businesses. Project Description: This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Post-Wide Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression at Fort Campbell, KY. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to service, maintain, and inspect all fire alarms and fire suppression system located in and around the installation. All work shall include scheduling and performance of assessments, repairs, and maintenance of all fire alarms and fire suppression system. This will be a firm-fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. The Period of Performance for this effort is based on a five year ordering period; this requirement will have an ordering period not to exceed five (5) years for total service. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard for Small Business of $22M.
