The contractor must provide two operable reefer box trucks to support pickup and delivery of frozen rations (ice, UGR-A, milk, fresh produce) across the 18th FAB footprint from 08–18 September 2026. Services will be performed at Fort Bragg, specifically the Sicily drop zone (GRID 17S PU 5254 8273, BSB), with one truck stationed on-site with 100 bags of ice and the other supporting SSMO food pickups. Pickup days are September 8, 11, 14, and 16 at 0730, following a 2-2-3 day ration cycle, with 24-hour work operations and cleanup by September 18. The contractor supplies all personnel, equipment, transportation, and coordination, and must leave trucks accessible with keys for emergencies. Project completion is estimated at 11 calendar days from notice to proceed.
