This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect under Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective June 02, 2023. The acquisition will be conducted as 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 221210, "Natural Gas Distribution" with the Small Business size standard of 1,150 number of employees. All required proposal documents are due by 17 December 2025, 10:00AM EST.
