Updated Solicitation and Questions and Answers have been uploaded. ** This requirement is being resolicited. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated. If offeror submitted proposal to initial solicitation, new proposal will need to be submitted by the due date, February 15, 2024. ** The Contractor shall provide personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Writer Support to the Security Force Assistance Command (SFAC) G3 as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract. This contract covers the writing of four publications for the SFAC G3. The SFAC will have two writers’ conferences consisting of military and DA Civilian personnel that will develop the raw content for the documents. The contracted writers take the raw data and transform it into usable publications. Questions Due February 6, 2024
