The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Liberty has a requirement from the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR) Legislative Affairs Division (LAD) to procure an electronic tool subscription to congressional legislative actions and information. The objective of this effort is to have access to 24 source tools and features that analyze every development on Capitol Hill, day-by-day and minute-by-minute for a minimum of 25 users.
