BSC and BWC are annual events used to select the United States Army Best Squad of the Year (BSOY), Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year (NCOY) and Soldier of the Year (SOY). The competition requires a contracted electronic scoring capability to assist with the management of the competition. Specifically, this contracted solution will provide data assistance for the competition requirements as well as drill execution assistance that will be identified during the planning and rehearsals for the events.
