The subject requirement will be competed among eligible 8(a) small businesses only. Review all attachments for instructions, specifications, etc. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 13 April 2022 at 10 AM EST to view the range locations. The meet up location is 4818 Longstreet Road, Fort Bragg NC 28310. Offerors shall submit, in writing, the names of attendees to James Brown III / james.c.brown228.civ@army.mil by 12 April 2022, 3:00 PM, Eastern Time. As for attendance, each offeror is limited to two (2) individuals; including one subcontracting person of contact. Offerors may raise technical questions they may have about the required effort during the site visit. Offerors may not rely on verbal responses to questions but must submit all questions in writing. Issues raised concerning the required effort that result in changes to the RFP will be resolved through written Amendments. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the RFP. No Videos or Photos will be allowed. Be advised your representative(s) may need to obtain a visitor’s pass from the All-American Visitor Control Center located at All American Freeway Building H-1575, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Arrive early enough to be able to get your day pass and arrive at the meet up location on time as we will start promptly at 10 AM EST. Sponsorship isn’t authorized.
