The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, NC, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Liquid Food Composter Maintenance and Repairs using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement will be solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside. The activity’s small business office concurs with this set-aside determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $8 million. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Bragg, North Carolina requires contractor services to maintain and service nine (9) liquid food composters at Army Dining Facilities located at Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall, N.C. The Contractor shall ensure maintenance and repairs are accomplished in accordance with the PWS and the Liquid Food Composter User’s Manual. Services are expected to begin on approximately 17 May 2021. The period of performance is a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods with the option to extend services an additional six months in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE.
