The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, NC, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for furniture and appliances relocation services using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 484210. The size standard is $30 million. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bragg, NC requires contractor support the movement, storage and installation of furniture and appliances to building H-4445 for single soldier housing at Fort Bragg. The contractor will pick up 1,804 pieces of furnishings and appliances at Bay #4 Building K-2535, Fort Bragg. Then the contractor will install those items at H 4445.
