The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg is looking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a minimum of three (3) and no more than five (5) service providers to provide potable latrine and related services to Fort Bragg and surrounding training area. You are invited to review the attached solicitation in it's entirety and submit a Capability Statement and your Price Listing as annotated on Page 4, Section 10 of the attached solicitation. Service providers must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); the website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Service providers shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Oct 2018), Alternate I (Oct 2014), with their offer, or the offeror shall complete paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-3, if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
