The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)’s, up to ten, for supplies under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 335999: All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing industrial and commercial electric apparatus and other equipment (except lighting equipment, household appliances, transformers, motors, generators, switchgear, relays, industrial controls, batteries, communication and energy wire and cable, wiring devices, and carbon and graphite products). This industry includes power converters (i.e., AC to DC and DC to AC), power supplies, surge suppressors, and similar equipment for industrial-type and consumer-type equipment. The small business size standard for this industry is 500 employees. The Vendor shall provide electrical supply parts, component supplies and equipment for the Department of Public Works on Fort Bragg, NC. The solicitation will be issued to vendors who initially responded to the Sources Sought Synopsis associated with this pre-solicitation, W9124720QHC02, posted June 3, 2020. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
