Furniture and Appliances Relocation Services at Fort Bragg, NC The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, NC, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for furniture and appliances relocation services using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 484210. The size standard is $30 million. The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bragg, NC requires contractor services for the movement and installation of furniture and appliances from Warehouse J-2535, Fort Bragg to D-3545 Fort Bragg. The contractor shall be responsible for picking up 1,086 pieces of furnishings and appliances from the warehouse. Then the contractor shall also be responsible for delivery and installation of those items at D-3545. Services are expected to begin on 2 August 2021. The period of performance is for ten working days. When available, all amendments will be in electronic form and posted to this site (beta.SAM). A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 21 July 2021 at 0900 eastern time.
