****THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION TO FURTHER CLARIFY PRICING FOR THE BASE YEAR AND THE USE OF THE PRICING MATRIX. THERE IS A 15-DAY PHASE-IN THAT WILL RUN CONCURRENT WITH THE BASE 6 MONTH PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 1 JUNE 2021 THROUGH 30 NOVEMBER 2021. PRICING FOR CLIN 0001 AND CLIN 0002 WILL BE INSERTED IN YOUR PRICING MATRIX AS ONE COST. YOUR FIRM MAY UTILIZE THE PRICING MATRIX TEMPLATE PROVIDED OR USE YOUR FIRMS OWN PRICING MATRIX SO LONG AS THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING MATRIX. CONTRACTOR IS TO PROPOSE THEIR EXPECTED LEVEL OF EFFORT, THE GOVERNMENT HAS ONLY PROVIDED ITS ESTIMATED LABOR LEVEL OF EFFORT, IT IS UP TO THE CONTRACTOR TO DETERMINE THEIR LEVEL OF EFFORT FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 2:00 PM ET. **** This contract supports a service call center and production support to OMD shops. General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) information is taken daily and duties will including but not limited to: import, management, review, analysis, export and reporting of production management and sustainment support information within GFEBS. Army Maintenance Application (ARMA) is a new mandated program designed as another vehicle for housing residents and barracks occupants to submit a work order request to DPW for maintenance service. OMD is responsible for sustainment of over 55 million SQFT of real property, utilities, over 1,500 lane miles of roads and three active Army airfields. OMD has historically created over 70,000 Demand Maintenance Orders annually, also created over 30,000 Operational Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance Orders for each trade and facility. On a daily basis, the call center has historically received 300-400 calls from customers daily. Routine operations include creation of Ad Hoc reports on a daily basis for a wide variety of customers. Accurate GFEBS data management is necessary to sustain OMD processes and operations. (Building 251) is located in Fort Bragg, NC.
