The CLIN structure has been changed and additional questions and answers were provided. All changes, except for the CLIN changes, are highlighted. Questions and Answers have been posted. You must respond using the amended Solicitation and Technical Exhibits. Attachment 2, the DD254, has not been amended. Proposals must be submitted by e-mail to the parties listed in the solicitation. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Braggm North Carolina, has a requirement in support of the United States Army Reserve Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) at fourteen offices located throughout the United States, to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii. ACES supports Soldiers’ professional growth through a continuum of education programs and services that range from academic and career guidance to enhancement of job performance and skill qualifications and includes assistance to ease the transition of Soldiers returning to civilian life. The Contractor shall provide consistent, uninterrupted delivery of education support services to assist Government professionals in the delivery of continuing education services as required by the Army Continuing Education System. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers’ performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, other associated items required, and non-personal services necessary to execute the requirement. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be a six month base period of performance that includes a two week phase in starting 14 June 2021. It also includes three, 12-month, option years. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price type contract for this requirement to a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) entity. This acquisition will be solicited under National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710, "Educational Support Services" with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active.
