This is a non-personnel services contract to provide pumping and cleaning of septic tanks, grease traps, field latrines, and lift stations at Fort Bragg, Simmons and Pope Army Airfield, Linden Oaks and CampMackall, North Carolina. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation,tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. This amendment is to change the Offeror's questions due date from 11 February 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST to February 12, 2020 at 4:00PM EST. Offerors proposal due date remains the same no later than 25 February 2020 at 2:00P.M. EST.
