The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform [automatic LP Gas fill-up for approximately 76 DPW-maintained and supported tanks located on Fort Bragg, Camp MacKall and Linden Oaks Housing Area, North Carolina. Quantities of LP Gas to be supplied are estimated. Delivery Orders will be issued to obligate funds on a monthly basis. Prices for LP Gas will fluctuate on a monthly basis (upward or downward adjustments), based upon percentage changes in the Apex, NC Principal Average, as published in the Butane-Propane News (BPN) Weekly Propane Newsletter as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
