(see below for information) *SITE VIST* A site visit has been scheduled for 18APR2019 at 1000 hours in front of building 1-1621 to allow potential vendors the opportunity to see the requirement location and current systems that are in place. Vendors will be able to ask questions and receive answers from the customer. A record will be kept of all questions and answers to be posted in a solicitation modification for any vendor who cannot attend the site visit. This site visit is not required and all vendors can still bid on this requirement regardless of attendance. Please contact the Fort Bragg visitor's center for information on what is required to get on post at 910-907-5165/5166. The visitor's center is located at 3550 All American Fwy, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. RFI's and answers: 1. This is a removal of the existing 5 cameras and replacement with 3 - AXIS P3707-PE IP Cameras and one PTZ and one fixed (model not stated in SOW) cameras? (ANSWER): Generally yes, the current cameras are analog with digital converters and associated hardware. The new cameras will require integration into the current security software with appropriate licenses. The fixed camera should either be the Axis M3045-V or like to monitor an interior entrance. 2. Are the any specific requirements for the PTZ and fixed cameras? i.e. Megapixel, Day/Night, ect.. (ANSWER): See attached documentation for Q6155E camera or like camera compatible 3. What are the est. heights of the individual cameras? (ANSWER): 15-20 Feet on poles exterior; 6-8 feet interior. 4. Do all the existing analog cameras currently run back to a central location? (Answer) Yes
