Price includes a man lift for the 40ft pole inspection. (2) Contractor will include a safety assessment of the towers to identify any areas that place trainees, Cadre, or others at risk to bodily harm. The safety inspection findings will be cataloged separately from the condition findings but many if not will be items that pertain to both. The contractor will perform a comprehensive inspection in compliance with the TIA 222-H standard. The inspection will encompass two areas of focus. The proposed contract action, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate is with only one source under provisions of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
