The USPFO for Nebraska is soliciting for vendors that are able to respond and provide meals at 209th RTI, Camp Ashland, County Road A, Building 70, Ashland, NE 68003 for an estimated amount of 195 military members for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meals for a period of 11 calendar days from 4 June 2019 through the breakfast meal on morning of 14 June 2019. The contractor will be required to be self-sufficient and provide all labor, materials, subsistence, equipment and any other necessities in order to provide a modified meal plan that will consist of hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. At the present time they is no potable water available on-site. Meals may be served buffet and/or full service style feeding will be required as the current kitchen is not sufficient to cook out for this requirement. The contractor shall provide all meals in bulk to be delivered to Building 70 and provide oversight at the location for portion control while being serviced by the military members. The Nebraska Army National Guard shall provide all paper products to feed and to include: individualized utensil packages, disposable hot and cold beverages, paper napkins and associated single service condiments that complement the meal for all meals. Also, include if you have executed contracts of this type in relation to a natural disaster. Experience working with government entities is key.
