Additionally, the following questions are answered: Can you please clarify for me exactly how many meeting rooms the group will need to be in at 6:00am, 18 hours prior to the event starting? We don't need to be in any rooms. This is strictly for the walk through. We would just like to be able to do the walk through before 3:00 pm the day before the event. Is that just the General Session room or all the rooms? It would be to be able to do our walk through of the entire venue before 3:00 pm. If it cannot happen then 12 hours would be great. Amendment #2 (4.1.2019) 1.3: Period of Performance: Changed from Saturday June 1st, 2019 through Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 to read Sunday, June 2nd, 2019, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. 3.3 General Session: Changed 250 attendees to 400. 3.6 Second sentence: Changed Saturday, June 1st to Sunday June 2nd. 5.1 and 5.3: Audio/Visual Requirements: Changed from 4 to 5. 6.1 and 6.4 and 6.5 and 6.6: Changed from 250 to 400 adult.
