This is a Request For Information (RFI) to gain knowledge of potential sources and their capabilities to procure a single Mail Meter Machine with ten associated web-based user access accounts for the Nebraska National Guard mailroom located in the Joint Force Headquarters building at 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, NE, 68524. All interested parties should respond. Requirements Description: Customer’s requirement is for a single, physical mail meter machine with 10 web-based user access accounts/meters, including integrated tracking and financial management to support statewide mail operations for the Nebraska National Guard. Ongoing service and software support for updates, repair, and operator support will be required. The mail meter machine, required features, included items, set-up and functions test are required at time of setup. Operator Level training for mailroom personnel are required within 72-hours of installation. Required Use: Provide individual and mass postage metering, print USPS and UPS IMpb trackable shipping labels from a shipping label printer or from an online application, process a stack of mixed size and weight mail, weigh packages with an integrated digital scale (up to 149lb capacity) scan incoming packages with an integrated bar code scanner, provide tracking of postage inclusive of all meters both physical and web-based user access accounts. Equipment/Item(s) Required: Mail Meter Machine Quantity: 1 Space Limitations: Height, Max: 48 inches Length, Max: 96 inches Depth, Max: 24 inches Weight, Min/Max: N/A Electrical Requirements: 110V AC three-prong power cord plug, with a minimum 36-inch cord length. Connectivity Requirements: Mail Meter Machine must provide wireless connectivity primarily via cell signal. Mail Meter Machine must include Wi-Fi/commercial internet connectivity option. Note: Local Army network data connectivity will NOT be available. Other Features: Ability to meet all requirements without the need for a locally sourced computer. Ability to send detailed reports via email without the need for a locally sourced computer or network connectivity beyond the integrated cellular connection previously mentioned. Ability to provide tracking of postage from physical mail meter machine. Ability to provide tracking of postage from web-based user access accounts/meters. 149lb capacity integrated digital scale to weigh and process packages. Included with Mail Meter Machine: Shipping/Transportation to Installation location: 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 68524 Vendor will coordinate delivery date and time with Government POC (contact information provided at time of award) Installation: Equipment setup, configuration, and functionality testing in mail room of listed Installation Location address. Training: Operator Level training provided to a minimum of three personnel within 72-hours of installation. Service/Software Support: Customer requires on-going service support for mail meter machine and associated web-based accounts.
