This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W91243-21-Q-JC02; Request for Quotation This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS: 339992; Musical Instrument Manufacturing Size Standard: 1,000 Employees Line Item Numbers: 43 Line Items; see attached Requirements Description. Requirements Description: See attached Requirements Description and Limited Competition Requests (LCRs) specifying items, brand names, and model numbers requested. Submission Formats: Vendors can choose to submit a quote in any format as long as the quote clearly provides all of the following information: Items quoted Including information detailing how the items quoted meet the specifications of the requirements description; such as, the brand name and model number. Quantities quoted Unit Prices Extended Prices Delivery information Total Price Vendor’s Company Name Vendor’s Current CAGE Code (SAM Registered) Vendor’s Point of Contact (Individual with authority to sign a contract for the vendor) and their contact information) Other Vendor Points of Contact (Sales; Billing, etc; if desired and different than the individual with signature authority) and contact information Delivery Information: Standard delivery requirements for Government supply contracts are FOB shipping and delivered within 30 days after contract award. Vendors need to specify the number of days after contract award they will be able to deliver the requested items. Items need to be delivered to: 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524 (402-309-1914). Attached is a list of the applicable clauses and provisions for this requirement. The Government will evaluate quotes using a Best Value approach. The following three (3) evaluation factors apply: Price: Quotes will be evaluated based on the total price of all items requested. The Government intends to award one contract for all the requested items. Technical: Items and specifications (such as the sample) quoted, meet the agency’s needs. Vendor Responsibility: A determination of the vendor’s responsibleness will be made by reviewing Government acquisition websites. Award: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to a vendor who is deemed responsible and offers the best value for the items that meet the customer’s needs. We intend to award a contract for this requirement no later than 1:00 PM on 5 March 2021.
