INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of the small business and socio-economic market. The primary type of work will include the latest Security Onion ISO for training. Any resulting solicitation will be issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611420 and size standard is $11 million. 2. PROJECT SCOPE: Security Onion Training to be provided on-site in classroom setting. On-Site training includes presence of instructor with course materials and course delivery. Requirement stems from US CYBERCOM GENAMIN 17-0046 Directive on JDMSS and its requirement to be the toolkit used at Cyber Flag 19 exercise. Course Dates of 30 May 2019 through 2 June 2019. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: all interested firms shall complete the Sources Sought Information Request Form (or similar document with the same information) and submit it via email to sandra.k.leach4.civ@mail.mil. Submissions shall be received by 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time, 14 February 2019 and shall not exceed six (6) one-sided 8.5x11 pages, to include Sources Sought Information Request Form. This synopsis is only for market research purposes. This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government shall not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this Sources Sought marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside of the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Interested offeror's shall address this requirement through this Sources Sought in written format via email to sandra.k.leach4.civ@mail.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought will not be accepted. Personal visits for discussing this announcement will not be scheduled.
