The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting a quote for a brand name quantity of one (1) 3D Laser Scanning and one (1) CMM System with required accessories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Solicitation will result in a single-award, firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, as it relates to this requirement with a size standard of 600 employees. The purchase order will consist of two (2) Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) with a unit of issue for 1 each, see Attachment 2- CLIN Structure, Provisions & Clauses. Offeror must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability and Price. Tradeoffs are not permitted. The quote shall include transportation costs to USAYPG Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498. Delivery shall be made to USAYPG, AZ 85365-9498 with Freight on Board (FOB) Destination. Transportation (if applicable) shall be incorporated into your proposed price. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. Payment will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR 2023-05 effective 07 Sep 2023 and DFARS Change 08/17/2023 effective date 17 August 2023.
