The Government will perform the collection of all samples. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform for Laboratory services for the NCNG as defined within this PWS. Q: Can we add columns to Attachment 1 for vendor’s test code and vendor’s test description? The most requested tests are Lipid Panel (both Standard and Glucose), Alcohol-Ethyl, Sickle Cell screening, and Glucose .500/.7600. A breakdown by test was unavailable. Our company XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, specializes exclusively in urine-based laboratory testing and does not perform blood testing. Could you please clarify whether the Government will consider proposals offering urine testing services only, or partial awards / BPAs where urine testing is separated from blood testing requirements?
