The solicitation number is W9124222Q0069 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211 with a small business size standard of $38.50M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Gastonia, NC 28054 The National Guard - North Carolina requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: A. Contractor will remove contaminated petroleum-based liquids prior to cleaning unless performing polishing. b. Contractor shall perform cleaning services on (3) M978 fuel truck tanks (2500 gallons each), valves, nozzles, associated piping and hoses. c. Contractor will provide all cleaning solutions and labor for the service. d. Contractor will provide for all means to capture, remove and dispose of contaminated fluids, cleaning solutions and filters. e. Contractor must ensure equipment is properly dried, if using a water-based cleaning solution, and vapor free. If entering the tank the contractor must comply with all applicable sections of OSHA’s permit-required confined spaces standard, 29 CFR 1910.146. f. Contractor takes all responsibility for safety training, personnel, and PPE materials required for the work environment. g. Prior coordination for service dates will be made with Point of Contacts assigned after award.
