The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is an Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2020-01-17 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The National Guard - North Carolina requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Hotel Rooms - 28 January 2020: An estimated total of 45 double occupancy rooms. Hotel shall be located in the Roanoke Rapids, NC area. Quotes must specify actual venue where event will be held; "or like" quotes will not be considered. The vendor shall submit a signed letter from the manager of the proposed hotel which states this vendor has blocked out the rooms/meeting space for the NCARNG. The vendor shall be flexible with the total number of rooms as the number is subject shift up or down by 15%. One venue must host all sleeping rooms, conference space, childcare rooms, and meals. (10 Additional Rooms need to be reserved for the same night but will go on a credit card separate from the contract.), 45, Each; LI 002: Meeting Space - 28-29 January 2020: This CLIN shall include a total of all meeting spaces described in the PWS to include any Audio/Visual or childcare equipment required for each space., 1, Job; LI 003: Breakfast meals - 29 January 2020: Estimate 70 breakfast meals in accordance with the PWS. This CLIN shall include the rooms needed to serve the meals, wait staff provided, tables and chairs, along with any requirements identified in the PWS. Include any fees or gratuities in this price and provide a flat rate per person. The vendor shall be flexible with the total number of meals as the number is subject to shift up or down by up to 15%. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: https://afcmra.hqda.pentagon.mil/Login.aspx Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year. The Government’s selection of a higher-rated, higher-priced quote will be supported by a determination that the technical/past performance superiority warrants the additional cost involved.
