The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) is providing Integrated Behavioral Health Services to Reserve Component Service Members. The program will ensure that NCNG Soldiers, Airmen, and families have access to quality, 24 hour mental health services (both clinical and non-clinical). Synopsitation dated 25 June 20 added 52.237-3. It also removed 52.222-17; while the executive order made it's use optional, the clause no longer exists in the FAR as of 25 June 20. 6 July 20 PWS updates removed POP dates, and provided clarity surrrounding place of performance. 17 July 20 updates to PWS based upon today's posted Q&As, as well as updated synopsitation to incorporate new Wage Determinations. Most important change was to GFE, along with add'tl clarifications based on hotline. Noon EST 20 July 20 is the last time/day to submit questions. 20 July 20 updates to PWS include additional lanugage in 1.4.7 specifying Director position must also maintain liability insurance.
