The North Carolina National Guard is seeking a commercial vendor to provide Medcial Database Administration services. The objective of these services is to ensure that all medical databases are correctly updated and indexed within a timely manner; all medical record requests are processed and sent out within a timely manner; non-deployable Soldiers are identified and processed out though the correct channels; units will be provided with updated medical rosters provided through medical databases when requested; unit leaders will receive the appropriate access to their needed databases; and all Soldiers receive the needed support in achieving a Medical Readiness Code of 1 or 2. Please see the attached Synopsis/Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and Wage Determination for complete details. Synopsitation dated 25 June 20 removed 52.222-17; while the executive order made it's use optional, the clause no longer exists in the FAR as of 25 June 20. Q&As posted 29 June 20 do not alter the requirement to a degree which constitued an extension; however, a 48 hour extension was considered. Unfortunately, due to beta.SAM permission issues, we are currently unable to adjust the offer due date field. If this is resolved prior to closing time, we plan to extend 48 hours. This is not guaranteed. Last date for acceptance of Q&As: 29 June 20.
